Studies have shown that the leading cause of assignment failure is related to a family's inability to adjust. And a spouse needing to 'start over' can be a major contributor to such stresses.

The service assists the spouse/partners of assignees who are facing career issues in their host country. This is not designed to replace an ongoing career counseling program, but serves as a vital first step to get one started along the path to a satisfying vocational situation.

Experienced counselors from REA will be able to professionally guide assignees spouses toward viable new career options. Counselors are located in most major countries where the majority of assignments take place, including a large number of US Cities.
